Executive Search
Executive Search is a method of recruitment reserved for senior specialised roles where advertising would be ineffective or inappropriate. This methodology involves a market mapping exercise utilising a dedicated research function. Executive Search is highly effective when sourcing high calibre candidates who are not actively seeking a new career opportunity.
Advertised Selection
Advertised Selection is a recruitment assignment which typically uses print and/or on-line advertising to attract suitable candidates. This methodology option is suitable for permanent and interim roles.
Ad Search
Ad Search combines the techniques of Executive Search and Advertised Selection. Ad Search is best used when the assignment has all the hallmarks of executive search, but when an advertisement could also draw appropriate candidates from the wider market.
Contingent Referrals
Ancillary to our executive search and advertised activities, we may be positioned to refer candidates on invitation where there is no active recruitment assignment in place, or engaged to work on an assignment that is not exclusive to Dean & Ling Executive. Our experience, gained over a substantial period of time, together with our extensive database and list of market contacts, enables us to source suitable, high calibre professionals.
