Dean & Ling's consultants have a combined experience of over 55 years in practice, management and leadership, professional development and executive search. Our consultants have all worked for large corporations and/or professional services firms as senior directors, consultants and lawyers and as external providers in the executive search industry, internationally. Dean & Ling offers our clients a dedicated research function that aims to identify and provide information relating to talent, and market trends that will enhance our clients’ businesses by empowering them with relevant knowledge. We believe a focused research function greatly enhances the search and selection process.
