Sarah is a founding Director of Dean & Ling Executive. As a senior recruiter with over 20 years of recruitment experience, Sarah focuses on Legal, Governance, Risk & Compliance, including the placement of lawyers in both corporations and partnerships, together with senior executives for our major corporate clients. With a strong interest in Corporate Governance, Sarah has a particular niche in recruiting company secretarial, regulatory change, and compliance/risk roles within highly regulated industries.
Sarah has a strong commitment to balancing the needs of her clients while maintaining a high degree of candidate care. Sarah brings with her a strong network of candidates and an excellent reputation for delivering comprehensive and timely solutions for her clients.
Previously, Sarah was at ASX Listed recruitment company, Hamilton James & Bruce (HJB) where she developed strong networks across Melbourne corporates and law firms. Her earlier experience was gained at Michael Page and Deloitte.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Law/Arts from Monash University and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
