Ian is an accomplished executive search and selection professional, who brings to his recruitment activities the experience gained on the leadership team of an ASX listed recruitment company, where he managed up to 50 staff.

Ian has over 13 years experience recruiting leaders within the Accounting & Finance discipline, in commercial and financial services organisations and eight years recruiting senior funds management professionals. He has a wealth of expertise in advising boards and senior leadership teams regarding their needs with respect to senior executive appointments on both a permanent and interim basis.

Recent appointments within the Accounting & Finance discipline include Executive General Manager – Commercial, Group Treasurer, Head of Tax, Head of Internal Audit, Group Strategy Analyst and CFO.  Within the funds management sector Ian has recruited across a range of front, middle and back office roles including: Equity and Fixed Interest Portfolio Managers, Head of Product Development, Head of Performance Analytics, Head of Compliance, Institutional Business Development and Head of Research.
