James began his career in recruitment with one of the world’s leading professional recruitment consultancies.  A specialist in Accounting and Finance, James has experience across both senior permanent and interim appointments in Australia and more recently, overseas.  He joined Dean & Ling in 2008.

His current clients include professional services organisations, multinational companies and ASX top 50 publicly listed financial services companies.  Recent assignments include Group Taxation Manager, General Manager, Financial Controller, Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, Decision Support Manager, Head of Business Intelligence and Head of PMO.

James’ point of difference is his depth of market and technical knowledge and his ability to determine candidates’ commercial nous to identify value-add, culturally aligned individuals who move businesses forward.
