Kylie heads the research function for Dean & Ling. During the past several years, Kylie has gained significant experience in the search and selection of legal, senior general management and HR professionals.

Commencing her recruitment career with Hamilton James and Bruce, Kylie has spent several years in the executive recruitment market with a specialist focus on the placement of senior marketing, business development and media communications professionals in blue chip corporations and professional services firms. She also served on the management team of the publicly listed firm and was responsible for multi-disciplinary recruitment teams as well as the development and management of national preferred supplier accounts.

Kylie holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Graduate Diploma in Communications and began her marketing and media communications career at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, where she gained experience in the television and radio news rooms. Kylie has also worked across services and product marketing, both in an in-house capacity as well as consulting for Weber Shandwick, a global marketing communications consultancy.
