Salli completed a Bachelor of Arts and a Post Graduate Diploma in Japanese Business at Monash University and spent the first seven years of her professional career at one of Australia’s major airlines where she gained extensive experience developing staff policies and procedures.

In 2002, Salli began her recruitment career at Michael Page before joining Hamilton James & Bruce as their International Candidate Coordinator. Salli’s responsibilities involved sourcing international alliance partners, identifying new business opportunities as well as managing the flow of candidates to and from Australia and overseas. After successfully raising the profile of HJ&B’s International Candidate Program, Salli was promoted to a Consultant position managing the permanent desk within Business Support.

Salli’s role as Operations Manager at Dean & Ling consolidates her extensive operational management and recruitment experience and ensures the ongoing support of the Dean & Ling core business functions including candidate sourcing, and contact and quality process management.
