In this business-facing role, you will be part of a supportive and high-calibre team, working collaboratively with both local and global legal colleagues to provide strategic guidance to senior leaders. The position is broad and commercially focused, including drafting and negotiating contracts, reviewing tenders, providing practical legal and risk-based advice, and reviewing marketing materials. You will also offer guidance on competition, consumer and ESG matters when required.
The ideal candidate will be a positive and solutions-focused lawyer with at least six years’ experience gained either in-house or in private practice. A solid grounding in commercial law across contract, competition, consumer and privacy law will be highly regarded, along with proven skills in drafting and negotiation. This role will suit a pragmatic and proactive individual who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering clear, practical advice.
