Janine Jackson is an accomplished executive search and talent leader with more than two decades of experience across recruitment, leadership consulting, and career development. Her background spans both federal and state government and the private sector, with particular expertise in graduate, executive, and leadership selection processes.
Beginning her career as a finance recruiter, Janine advanced into Head of Talent Acquisition and senior leadership roles, where she delivered enterprise recruitment strategies, workforce planning frameworks, and large-scale transformation programs. Her consulting work includes enterprise and statutory body engagements, along with the design and delivery of independent advisory and capability improvement projects that strengthen talent functions and leadership outcomes.
Janine has held leadership positions with Korn Ferry and Hudson, and founded her own consultancy, JJT Custom Talent Solutions, partnering with clients nationally to deliver strategic search, coaching, and talent advisory services.
With over 10 years in senior leadership, Janine’s experience extends across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Japan, and India, where she has built and led high-performing teams.
