Executive Search

Executive Search enables us to utilise a discrete market mapping exercise and targeted research to identify high calibre candidates who may not be actively seeking a new career opportunity. This strategy is particularly effective where an advertisement or a database search is likely to be inappropriate or ineffective.

Advertised Selection

Advertised Selection allows employers to display their job opportunity to the widest possible audience and, where appropriate, an opportunity to showcase their brand. For many clients we manage this process from end to end, handling all applications, candidate screening and pre-selection interviews. Other employers ask us to handle parts of the process such as managing applicant enquiries, coordinating responses and preliminary screening interviews.

Ad Search

Ad Search combines the techniques of Executive Search and Advertised Selection. An Ad Search campaign enables us to offer a targeted, research based approach in conjunction with an advertisement which could also draw appropriate candidates from the wider market.

Database Search/Networking

Database Search is often the most suitable recruitment method where time-to-hire is a critical factor, for example for temporary or interim appointments. This capability is continuously supported by our regular presence in online and print recruitment advertising media and by the ongoing, proactive and day-to-day contact which our consultants maintain within their specialist candidate networks.
