Salli is Dean & Ling Executive’s Operations Manager, having joined the business in 2007. She is responsible for directing, administering, organising, supervising, planning, and coordinating Dean & Ling’s operational activities. Her role consolidates her extensive operational management and recruitment experience and ensures the ongoing support of the business’ core business functions. Salli also supports Dean & Ling Executive’s consultants in a research capacity.
Salli began her recruitment career at Michael Page, and then joined Hamilton James & Bruce as their International Candidate Coordinator before being promoted to a consultant position where she was responsible for managing the permanent desk within Business Support.
Prior to commencing her career in recruitment, Salli spent the first seven years of her professional career at one of Australia’s major airlines where she gained extensive experience developing staff policies and procedures.
Salli holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Post Graduate Diploma in Japanese Business.
