This is a rare opportunity to join the global Head Office of a highly successful international business which is consistently regarded as an innovative and influential market leader in a highly competitive industry.

Reporting to the Group Treasurer, this high-profile position will lead the Treasury function across the business, ensuring the best outcomes for the Group on all treasury and corporate finance related activities.  As manager of the Treasury Front Office team, the Assistant Treasurer is responsible for financial market risk and funding for the Group, including developing financing plans and refinancing bank facilities and debt capital market transactions. The role is also responsible for capital management initiatives including financial modelling and the evaluation of debt capacities to inform the dividend strategy, and the execution of share buy-backs.  You will work closely with the Tax and Corporate Finance teams to manage internal capital management processes and the Corporate Development team to support strategic M&A transactions.  Interfacing with bank relationship managers, financial markets specialists, investment banks, ratings agencies and a range of internal stakeholders are also key elements of the role.

Technically and commercially strong, you will be operating at a senior level and have a background in a large corporate, consulting firm and/or financial services company. Previous experience and extensive knowledge of debt capital markets and financial risk management, combined with strong communication and relationship development skills are essential.
