About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Change Manager to support the establishment of a newly formed Enterprise PMO (ePMO) overseeing major infrastructure, IT and business led transformation projects.
This is a pivotal opportunity offering autonomy, visibility and impact - ideal for someone who enjoys creating frameworks, shaping strategy, and embedding sustainable change from the ground up. You'll partner with senior leaders and project teams to design and deliver practical change approaches that align with organisational priorities and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a fit-for-purpose change management framework and supporting tools for the ePMO
- Lead change activities across technology implementations, including project management frameworks, systems and processes
- Partner with multi-disciplinary leaders to drive communication, engagement and adoption strategies
- Build organisational capability and confidence in managing change effectively
About You
- Proven track record of recommending change management frameworks and methodologies from scratch
- Experience delivering change for technology-enabled projects and enterprise-wide rollouts
- Background in local government, public sector, or large enterprise preferred
- Expertise in PROSCI and ADKAR methodologies(or equivalent), with demonstrated ability to adapt these to suit organisational context
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Comfortable working with autonomy in a fast-evolving environment
