Reporting to the Commercial Finance Director, this newly created role exists to partner closely with the Executive and business leaders across the company. The successful candidate will be able to support the development of commercial strategy, providing advice on pricing and highlighting financial and other performance metrics. You will support heads of departments and develop/monitor key performance indicators to improve business performance.
Specific accountabilities include:
Commercial Review and Development:
- Ensure standard framework for pricing and pitch support.
- Provide client profitability assessment and ongoing analysis.
- Undertake division profitability assessment and ongoing analysis.
- Conduct business case and ad hoc analysis.
- Support client BD and RFP output.
- Build commercial acumen at a business level.
Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Lead all budgeting and forecasting activity for the Group.
- Provide executive performance reporting to key stakeholders.
- Oversee all group reporting requirements.
- Undertake multi-year planning and analysis.
- Prepare monthly board papers.
- Manage and develop PowerBI dashboards.
