Executive Assistant

  • Be the Go-To Support for Senior Execs in a Fast-Paced, Purpose-Driven Team
  • Generous Hourly Rate, Eagle Farm Location and Free On-Site Parking
  • Lead Board Coordination, Comms and High-Impact Projects with Confidence

Our client is a well-established provider of commercial transport solutions in Australia, specialising in high-quality buses for sectors including public transport, education, tourism, and mining. With a strong focus on sustainability, they offer both diesel and electric models, including cutting-edge zero-emission vehicles that support the transition to cleaner transportation.

Due to ongoing success and a busy office environment, we are seeking a temporary Executive Assistant to support the team.

As Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level executive and operational support, ensuring seamless coordination across leadership and governance functions. Your key responsibilities will include executive support, governance and board coordination, compliance and contract administration, and internal and external communications, including travel coordination. This role is ideal for a proactive, organised professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving operational excellence.

To succeed in this role, you will have proven experience supporting senior executives, managing complex schedules, preparing board documentation, and coordinating communications and events. You will manage a broad range of tasks across executive support, governance, compliance, and travel coordination. Strong organisational skills, discretion, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (including SharePoint and Teams) are essential, alongside a solid understanding of confidentiality and document control protocols.

If successful, you will join a highly successful Australian-owned business committed to local manufacturing, job creation, and maintaining an industry-leading focus on sustainability.

You will also enjoy a generous hourly rate, work from a centrally located, well-appointed office, and be part of a dynamic and professional team. For the right candidate, this role may transition into a permanent position.
