About the Role
This position sits within the Office of the CEO of a national industry body, supporting the Chief of Staff across strategic, operational and stakeholder priorities.
This is not a traditional administrative or Executive Assistant role. It sits closer to executive coordination, briefing and delivery support, with a strong focus on preparing high-quality outputs and supporting the flow of priorities across the Office of the CEO.
You will work closely with the Chief of Staff and CEO, forming a trusted working partnership within the Office of the CEO. The environment is professional, engaged and collaborative, with a strong emphasis on communication, trust and working closely together day-to-day.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate CEO, Leadership Team and Board briefs, reports and papers
- Support tracking of actions, issues and deliverables, ensuring timely follow-up
- Draft and coordinate executive correspondence, communications and briefing materials
- Support stakeholder engagement activities across government, industry and partners
- Contribute to high-level reporting and delivery of key organisational priorities
About You
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise briefings
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to work proactively and anticipate leadership needs
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage across senior stakeholders and build trusted working relationships
- High levels of discretion, judgement and professionalism
