This is an exceptional opportunity to join a rapidly growing and vertically integrated healthcare services provider which has successfully developed a comprehensive platform of products and services which it delivers to consumers nationally. The organisation is undergoing an exciting period of transformational change and now seeks to appoint a commercially astute finance business partner to join their corporate office.
As part of a substantial Group Finance team, your primary mandate will be to support the day-to-day financial administration and month-end reporting requirements of a dedicated Business Unit. In addition, you will be expected to use your strong financial analysis skills to prepare and present insightful financial analysis and commentary on trends in ‘cost-of-doing-business’, forecasts & budgets, revenue & profitability and business operations performance. Using your flair for identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and systems, you will be expected to contribute to ongoing continuous process improvement programs, and you will also monitor and review the success of workforce planning initiatives and contribute to longer range pricing, planning and strategy outcomes. As an outgoing and collaborative individual, you will also be expected to engage with stakeholders nationally to foster accountability and to unlock insights into operational factors which impact business performance.
This highly rewarding and engaging role is likely to appeal to a qualified CA/CPA with strong technical accounting skills and demonstrable experience in management accounting, budgeting and forecasting perhaps gained in a medium/large sized complex organisation. As a consultative and self-motivated finance professional with exceptional communication skills you will be empowered to work collaboratively with staff across the organisation, building your value proposition as a finance business partner and helping to foster a team culture which is innovative and collaborative.
