Reporting to the CFO, The Finance Director - FP&A, is the senior finance leader responsible for overseeing financial strategy, performance, governance, and insight across the organisation. The role provides executive leadership, ensures strong financial discipline and control, and partners with the executive team to support strategic and operational decision-making. The role is a key advisor to senior leadership and plays a central role in shaping the organisation’s financial direction, sustainability, and performance.
As a leader in the finance group, you will be expected to foster a proactive team culture which looks to continuously improve processes and advise. Your sense of urgency and ability to proactively support Executives in decision making through the analysis and interpretation of information will be key.
