The business is looking for a hands-on and commercially astute FC to join the senior leadership team. You will take ownership of financial reporting, risk & controls and treasury, ensuring everything the business does is scalable, compliant and built for where they're headed, including preparing the company for a potential future listing. You will work across every level of the business, from day-to-day operations through to Board-level reporting and major strategic projects. You are a technically strong, forward-looking, continuous improvement focused finance leader with outstanding people management strengths. With demonstrable experience in similar SME head office (ideally ASX listed) accounting environments, you will exhibit a collaborative approach and exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills. Experience in R&D organisations, grant funding or clinical trial cost environments is advantageous.
