The GM Finance is a senior leadership role responsible for the end-to-end management of the organisation’s finance function. The role drives the financial strategy and planning process, ensuring robust financial plans that align with the company’s strategic objectives. You will oversee all financial operations – from daily transactional processes and cash management to high-level financial reporting and compliance – safeguarding the group’s financial integrity and sustainability. Leading and creating a high-performing finance team, the role provides strategic financial insights to the ELT, enabling informed decision-making and effective resource allocation.
The complexity, diversity and scale of the business will suit a driven and technically strong, forward-looking finance leader with strong commercial acumen. You will have gained strong technical accounting training, either in a chartered accounting and/or similar commercial head office environment. You are a natural team player with exceptional interpersonal and inclusive/collaborative leadership skills who is seeking an ambitious and values-based corporate culture which offers genuine scope for career challenges and growth.
