The Group Financial Controller is responsible for the financial integrity of the Group and the operational leadership of the finance function. The role combines responsibility for financial control, governance and reporting with commercial financial leadership, supporting property development projects and acting as deputy to the CFO. Scope of role also includes:
- Financial Control and Reporting;
- Capital Management;
- Business Partnering, Budgeting and Reporting;
- Finance Operations Leadership;
- Leadership and Stakeholder Management, and
- Systems and Process Improvement.
The complexity and diversity of the business will suit a driven and technically strong, forward-looking finance leader. You will have gained strong technical accounting training, either in a chartered accounting and/or similar head office accounting environment within a large or complex property, real estate, construction, or capital heavy project based corporate environment. You are a natural team player with exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills who is seeking a values-based corporate culture which offers genuine scope for career growth.
