As the Group Strategy & Analytics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-led decision-making across a fast-growing, private equity-backed industrial business. This position will be central to unlocking commercial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic growth through actionable insights. You will partner closely with senior leadership, finance, operations, and commercial teams to translate complex data into clear, evidence-based recommendations that accelerate value creation.

The below will describe you:
- Demonstrated experience working in management consulting and/or in-house strategy roles, ideally within asset-intensive, operationally complex industries with large data sets (e.g., logistics, utilities, resources or manufacturing).
- Preferably experience supporting PE-owned businesses with exposure to value creation plans, KPI tracking, and board-level reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills - able to influence senior leaders and investors through clear, compelling data storytelling.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to link data insights directly to commercial and operational outcomes.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker; SQL and Excel expertise essential; familiarity with modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery) advantageous.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment typical of PE-backed growth businesses.
- Pragmatic, commercially minded, and outcome-focused - able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on analytical delivery.
- A proactive, collaborative leader who thrives in an environment of transformation and continuous improvement.
