Effectively operating as the division’s ‘CFO’, the role will see you taking the lead with all aspects of financial reporting, investment tracking and performance management, monitoring cash flow, and requirements for new product and business initiatives. The role will support the business with insightful commercial recommendations and analysis, reporting to the Divisional CEO and Group Head of Finance. You will develop and lead a high-performing finance function to deliver a comprehensive suite of financial and management reporting, FP&A, tax and fund accounting functions. This will include leading the development of budgeting, planning, and analysis and delivering best practice external and internal reporting. Highly visible, you will impact the function’s business partnering with strategy and key decisions.
The complexity, diversity and scale of the business will suit a driven and highly technical, forward-looking finance leader with strong commercial acumen. You will have gained strong technical accounting training, either in a chartered accounting and/or similar head office accounting environment in a funds management or FS environment. You are a natural team player with exceptional interpersonal and inclusive/collaborative leadership skills who is seeking an ambitious and values-based corporate culture which offers genuine scope for career challenges and growth.
