Our client is a leading, customer-centric health and well-being company offering a diverse portfolio of innovative products and services. An exciting opportunity has opened for an adaptable, commercially minded Employment Lawyer to join their established Legal team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

As part of a high-performing, collaborative and solutions-focused legal function, you’ll provide expert advice on Employment and Industrial Relations, EEO/diversity, WHS, and compliance matters across the APAC region. You’ll also contribute to legal advocacy, dispute resolution and litigation support. This role calls for a lawyer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can pivot between competing priorities, and offers practical, business-aligned legal solutions.

You will be a highly adaptable and versatile mid-level lawyer with 4+ years’ PQE, gained either in-house or at a top-tier law firm. Alongside strong technical expertise, you bring commercial acumen, sound judgment, and a pragmatic, can-do mindset. Excellent stakeholder engagement, the ability to build trust, and strong prioritisation skills will be key to your success. Melbourne based.
