An opportunity has arisen for an Investments / Funds Management Lawyer to join their collaborative in-house legal team in a 12-month contract, offering an exceptional opportunity to work within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Reporting to the Head of Legal – Investments, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders, this key role will involve delivering high quality and commercially astute legal advice on domestic and international investments, including the provision of drafting, negotiation and guidance on investment opportunities, as well as structuring investment platform and vehicles. You will also lead legal due diligence across all asset classes, including fund investments and investment management agreements, engage and manage relationships with external legal advisors and actively contribute to both team initiatives and broader strategic objectives of the organisation.
You will be a proactive and passionate investment / funds management lawyer with at least five years’ experience in a similar role, gained within a top tier law firm or in-house legal team. Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills are a must here, and you will have a track record of contributing to a team culture of inclusiveness, transparency and support. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and purpose driven lawyer to contribute to a growing and respected organisation with a focus on providing long-term value.
