We are currently experiencing an increase in panel management for our Government clients. As such, we are seeking experienced panel administrators to assist with upcoming assignments. We have immediate and ongoing needs. This work is on a casual basis and determined by client requirements.
To be considered you will have the following:
- An understanding of government recruitment processes.
- High level of written and communication skills.
- Experience attending and scribing / administration at panel interviews.
- Experience to dial into interviews via video conference (such as using Microsoft Teams) to minimise the number of people in the interview room
- Experience completing accurate, clear and concise high level merit-based Selection Reports within tight timeframes.
Demonstrated skills:
- Previous experience within scribe work (essential)
- Previous experience with state or federal government (preferred)
- Capacity to identify key points, summarise statements and meet strict deadlines
- Flexibility and being able to adapt to changing / fast paced environments
