Regulatory Obligation Consultant

  • Support the Rollout of the Obligation Management Framework
  • Embedded in a High-Performing Risk and Compliance Team
  • Initial 12 Month Contract – Truly Flexible Working Arrangements

Our client is in the middle of a genuine transformation, and with a clear mandate to put customers first. As part of this, they are looking for a smart, motivated and collaborative compliance professional to join the Risk and Compliance team and play a hands-on role in lifting the organisation's compliance maturity.

In this business-critical role, you will work closely with the Head of Compliance to drive the rollout of the Obligation Management Framework. You will take ownership of identifying regulatory obligations, mapping them across the business, and ensuring clear accountability and practical, proportionate management. Partnering with stakeholders across the organisation, you will embed compliance into day-to-day processes, configure and maintain Protecht workflows and reporting, and deliver clear governance insights to senior leaders.

This role will suit a pragmatic, mid-level compliance professional who is energised by building something meaningful rather than simply maintaining the status quo. You may come from a compliance, legal or risk background and will bring a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks, obligation and control management, as well as compliance standards. Experience with GRC tools such as Protecht will be highly regarded. To succeed, you will be proactive and adaptable, comfortable taking ownership and asking the right questions. You will enjoy working collaboratively and influencing others to drive meaningful, sustainable change in a growing organisation.

For a strictly confidential discussion, please contact Sarah Ling on 0402 265 217.  Alternatively, submit your application (Word version) via the Apply button.
