Due to ongoing success and project growth, we’re seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor who’s looking for a long-term opportunity with a high-performing, growing organisation.
 
 
As Site Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day operations on civil construction and remediation projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to specification. You’ll coordinate small site crews, plant, and materials, and uphold compliance with project, environmental, and WHS requirements.
Working closely with the Project Manager and/or Director, your responsibilities will include:
- Site Management and Supervision – oversee daily works, coordinate labour, plant, and ensure quality standards are met.
 - Health, Safety, Quality and Environment – drive a positive safety culture and maintain compliance with WHS and environmental requirements.
 - Coordination and Communication – liaise with project stakeholders, report on progress, and maintain site documentation.
 - Planning and Resource Management – schedule works, manage resources, and assist in achieving cost and productivity targets.
 
Regular travel to project sites across Australia will be required. All travel-related expenses are fully covered by the employer.
We are looking for a practical, hands-on Supervisor who takes pride in leading teams and delivering quality outcomes on technically challenging projects.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Experience in one or more of the following: concrete spraying, remedial works, shotcrete/gunite, waterproofing, epoxy spraying, or specialty grouting
 - A strong work ethic and ability to motivate and guide site teams
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 - Basic IT proficiency and comfort with digital site reporting tools
 - Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly for work purposes
